این آزمایشگاه سازگاری مواد افزودنی با دانه های موجود و قیر در منطقه را به منظور ارائه بهترین ترکیب ممکن برای تولید مناسب ترین امولسیون قیر و انواع آسفالت ارائه می دهد. در همین حال، این آزمایشگاه همکار سازمان استاندارد ملی ایران بوده و گواهینامه فنی مربوطه را دریافت کرده است.
